3. Replacement Procedure

To request a replacement:

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is found defective or incorrect, Jatayu Locks will bear both-way shipping charges
  • If the product is returned due to customer error (wrong size, wrong order), the customer must bear return shipping costs

5. Replacement Timeframe

Once the returned item reaches our facility and passes quality checks, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

In case the replacement item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A similar product of equal value, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method
